2. Data we process
- Account information such as your name, email address, account status and account timestamps.
- Security and session information needed to sign you in, protect the account and let you manage devices and sessions.
- Plan, entitlement, billing and limited payment-transaction information needed to activate access, reconcile payments and handle support or disputes. DeepRog does not store full card details.
- Crafting requests, service results and technical records needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
- Support communications and consent choices you send to us.
3. Why we use it
- Create and operate your account and provide the service you request.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse and investigate security incidents.
- Provide paid access, reconcile payments, refunds and disputes when payments are enabled.
- Operate support, diagnose failures and maintain service reliability.
- Measure website use or advertising only when you give the corresponding optional consent.
4. Providers and disclosures
We may share only the data reasonably necessary with infrastructure, security, payment, analytics and advertising providers used to operate DeepRog. Current categories include Cloudflare, Robokassa.kz, Polar, Yandex Metrica and Meta Pixel where applicable. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
5. Storage and international processing
The primary DeepRog account/user database is intended to be hosted in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Some providers may process limited data in other countries. We minimise the data sent to external services and use cross-border processing only where needed for the service and permitted by applicable law.
6. Payments
Payment-card or bank credentials are entered through the payment provider. DeepRog receives only the transaction information needed to identify an order, activate access, reconcile payment status and handle support, refunds or disputes.
7. Analytics, marketing and cookies
Yandex Metrica is optional Analytics and Meta Pixel is optional Marketing. Neither category is loaded by DeepRog before the corresponding consent. See the Cookie Policy version 2026-11-06 and use Cookie settings at any time to change optional choices.
8. Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, accounting, security and dispute obligations. We use access controls, credential protection, integrity checks and other technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
- Request information about or access to your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion, blocking or withdrawal of consent where applicable law allows it.
- Change optional Analytics/Marketing consent through Cookie settings.
- Contact the competent authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
