1. Operator and agreement
DeepRog is operated by ИП Исаев, Republic of Kazakhstan. Full seller and contact details are available on the Seller details page.
DeepRog is the short product name of Deep Rollout Optimization Graph, an independent software and analytical service for Path of Exile crafting decisions. By creating an account, accepting these Terms or purchasing paid access, you enter into an agreement with the Operator.
2. Eligibility
DeepRog is offered only to persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Account information must be accurate and kept reasonably current.
3. What DeepRog does
DeepRog evaluates supported crafting states, goals and actions and may provide recommendations, simulations and cost context. Crafting outcomes, game rules and market conditions can change.
Every in-game action remains manual. DeepRog does not automatically send Ctrl+C, mouse or keyboard input to Path of Exile and does not execute crafts.
4. No guaranteed outcome
DeepRog is decision-support software. It does not guarantee a particular craft result, profit, resale value, currency saving, time saving or uninterrupted availability.
If you do not copy an intermediate item state, DeepRog cannot observe it. Unsupported states or mechanics may be refused rather than guessed.
5. Account and licence
One account is licensed to one natural person. You may use it on multiple devices you personally control, but you may not share, sell, lease, sublicense or transfer access.
Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use DeepRog for personal use. Ownership of the software, models, algorithms, documentation and branding is not transferred to you.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use DeepRog for unlawful activity, fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, attacks, scraping that overloads the service, or bypassing quotas or security controls.
- Do not use DeepRog to automate Path of Exile gameplay, enable cheats, macros or hacks, or misrepresent an affiliation with Grinding Gear Games.
- Do not submit secrets, full payment-card data, identity documents or unrelated third-party personal information in crafting inputs or support messages.
7. Plans, subscriptions and League Pass
Current plans, prices, billing periods and included access are shown on the Pricing page and immediately before purchase. Kazakhstan pricing is displayed in KZT; international pricing may be displayed in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed at checkout.
Monthly paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally remains available through the paid period.
A League Pass is prepaid access for 90 days. It is not intended to auto-renew unless a future checkout clearly and expressly states otherwise before purchase.
8. Payments and refunds
Payments may be processed through Robokassa.kz, Polar or another provider identified at checkout. Full card or bank credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by DeepRog.
Where Polar is used, Polar acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Where Robokassa.kz processes a sale by the Operator, the Operator remains the seller.
Except where mandatory law or the payment provider requires otherwise, an activated paid period is not voluntarily refundable merely because the user changed their mind, did not use the service, used it less than expected or cancelled early. Refunds may be provided where required by law, for duplicate or erroneous charges, or for confirmed material non-delivery attributable to the Operator.
9. Suspension and termination
The Operator may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud or suspected fraud, payment abuse, account sharing, attacks, circumvention of technical limits, unlawful use or other serious abuse, subject to mandatory law and provider rules.
10. Availability and changes
DeepRog may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, game updates, provider outages or operational reasons. Features, supported crafting coverage and commercial offers may change prospectively.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy version 2026-11-06. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy version 2026-11-06 and remain off until the relevant consent is given.
12. Territory, law and contact
Paid access is offered only in jurisdictions supported by the Operator and payment providers and where provision is lawful. The Operator does not target or offer paid access in the Russian Federation or Ukraine.
